What is the recruitment process for high-potential employees?

Our recruitment process for high-potential employees consists of the following steps: We shall provide you with an overview of your eligibility, based on your personal file (CV, diplomas and certificates). We shall conduct a telephone interview with you. While doing so, we shall present our company to you, and learn more of your professional expertise and professional goals. We shall carry out a structured interview with you on-site. During this interview, we shall ask in-depth questions regarding your specialist expertise, experience and professional goals. You will work on a role-based case study and then present your results. This will give you the opportunity to prove your technical and methodical know-how. In due course, we shall also obtain two references regarding you.
